A beautiful historic home in the heart of Riverside, California. The Holden House features a beautifully kept outdoor space that’s ideal for all kinds of events. The backyard includes a spacious lawn, a classic fountain, and a pool, making it a great setting for everything from casual get-togethers to more formal celebrations. Inside, there’s also a meeting room available for business gatherings, team off-sites, or workshops. Whether you're planning a party or a professional event, Holden House offers a blank canvas you can make your own.

In 1923, Arther and Virgina Holden commissioned this beautiful Tudor Revival from a local Riverside Architect, Robert H Spurgeon. Years later this stunning home would become a beautiful part of Riverside history!
